ALS is a steadily progressive and fatal neuromuscular disease that affects 1,500 to 2,000 people in Canada.
Two to three Canadians a day die of ALS.
Conducted at the Research Institute of the 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Health Centre and funded by the ALS Society of Canada and its partners in neuromuscular research, this research provides hope for people living with this devastating disease.
