Tenure-track position in Art History

91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in Art History at the rank of Assistant Professor with specialization in 18th/early 19th-century art and visual culture, beginning August 2011. The specialization is open to all geographical locations, preferably with a strong interest in and understanding of cultural networks across and beyond Europe. A focus on art, architecture, print, photography, or any other early modern/modern media and intermediality is welcome. The successful candidate will be asked to teach and advise at the undergraduate and graduate (MA and PhD) levels, and to conduct scholarly research. Candidates must hold a completed PhD and have teaching experience. Knowledge of French is an asset.
