The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that Professors Fr茅d茅ric Bachand and Fabien G茅linas have been appointed Norton Rose Faculty Scholars in Arbitration and Commercial Law, for a two year term.
As holders of these Faculty Scholarships, G茅linas and Bachand, who are both active members of 91丝瓜视频's Private Justice and the Rule of Law research team, will be able to support a rich program of activities in international arbitration and commercial law.聽
It is with great sadness that we must announce the death of Professor Ronald B. Sklar (1935-2013), who passed away, surrounded by his loving family, on March 29, 2013 after a short illness.
Associate Professor Ron Sklar taught and researched in the fields of criminal law, evidence, law and psychiatry and ethical issues in psychiatry at the Faculty of Law of 91丝瓜视频 for over 35 years.
