The听Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management (MDIIM)听is pleased to announce the听Social Economy Initiative鈥檚听Impact Internship听cohort for the 2018听year.听Now heading听into its sixth consecutive year, the program听pairs听top 91丝瓜视频 undergraduate students with social-purpose organizations听for听paid placements听over the spring and summer months.听Past interns have reported that the experience has allowed them to be more empowered to take on social impact and social change projects.听In turn, host organizations have benefited from the concrete management skills and youthful enthusiasm which interns bring to their operations.听

Since 2013,听the SEI IIP has supported听70听student interns听with听40听different organizations, primarily in Montreal.听The 12听91丝瓜视频 students named to this year鈥檚听cohort are:

The program has continued to partner with several 91丝瓜视频 units to better support students with their understanding of听equity and working in solidarity with community-based organizations, their听capacity to systematically reflect, and their ability to听identify the skills they have gained throughout their mandates. Over the past few months, representatives from the听Desautels Faculty of Management Soutar Career Centre,听Social Equity and Diversity Education (SEDE) Office, and听91丝瓜视频 Career Planning Services (CaPS)听have lent their time and expertise to further enhance the student听experience.听
