With the ongoing transformation of 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ campuses, the responsibilities of Campus Planning and Development (CPD) have evolved and grown in recent years. CPD recently restructured its functions and responsibilities around three pillars of activity.
Since September 1, 2022, all CPD staff have been integrated into one of the three following teams:
- Master Planning and Development: Led by Adam Dudeck, this team is responsible for guiding the physical evolution of 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ campuses in keeping with the long-term vision and strategic orientations articulated in the 2019 Master Plan. Functions of this group include urban planning, regulatory compliance and geospatial analysis.
- Space and Program Planning: Led by Brian Karasick, this team manages spatial resources to support the University priorities and meet its evolving academic, research and administrative needs. Functions of this group include space management, space planning and space data management.
- Real Estate Management: Led by Dominic Longo, this team supports the implementation of the Real Estate Strategy and campus planning initiatives through the management of real estate assets, including leases, disposals and acquisitions.
