The听William Dawson Scholar Program听is an institutional recognition award given by 91丝瓜视频 that recognizes a scholar developing into an outstanding and original researcher of world-class caliber who is poised to become a leader in his or her field. Dr. Vedel鈥檚 research looks at the implementation and impacts of new models of primary care, such as integrated care services and transitional care for complex patients with multiple chronic diseases including Alzheimer鈥檚 disease, as well as the implementation of health information technologies in the context of chronic disease management.听Congratulations to Dr. Vedel on being recognized for her exceptional work and outstanding achievements!
