Inaugural seminar of the Department

On September 20th, 2023, the Department of Global and Public Health held its inaugural seminar. We welcomed Dr. Louise Pilote for a talk titled听Sex and Gender Determinants of Vascular Disease in the Global Context.听The event was held both on听Zoom and in-person in the School of Population and Global Health. The event was also an opportunity to congratulate Dr. Madhukar Pai for his appointment as Chair of the Department of Global and Public Health, and to thank Dr. Catherine Hankins, who served as of the Department听since 2022.听
