Current research:
I am currently interested in adaptation phenomena in speech perception and the impaired mechanisms underlying speech perception deficits in Parkinson’s Disease when prompt adaptation is required. In addition, I am also interested in the role of the frontostriatal circuits in language processing, and its relationship with executive functions. Other subjects I work on: speech production, dysarthria, phonetics in spontaneous speech, relationship between prosody and information structure.
