Overview
Translation : Introduction to the theory and practice of legal translation, focus on theoretical aspects of jurilinguistics and their application to the practice and culture of normative legal translation in selected contexts such as legal briefs, legislation, regulations, decrees, court judgments and contracts. Particular attention will be paid to terminology and legal rewriting focused on target readers鈥� need to understand both contexts and specialized content, in other words the production of readable, useable texts.
