Promoting Your Organization

Employers can raise their organization's visibility at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ in the following ways:

If you have promotional materials such as posters or flyers, you can promote them through our Centre by following this guideline:

  1. Deliver a company presentation

    We welcome and encourage you to deliver company presentations or information sessions to students. To request a company presentation/information session you will be required to , our integrated career services platform. Starting from the home page, click on the "Company Info Session Requests" option in the left-side navigation to request a company presentation or information session. Alternatively, you can call us at 514-396-1363 to arrange details.

  2. Participate in a career fair or campus event

    Numerous career fairs take place throughout the year and participating in one is a good way to raise your organization's visibility among the 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ student body.

    Many student groups and clubs also organize career-related events for their students. If you are interested in working with a particular student group, we can put you in touch with them. Please contact our office for further assistance at 514-396-1363.

  3. Promote your organization through printed materials and website directory

    If you have promotional materials such as posters or flyers for a job program, volunteering opportunity, or career event,  you can promote them through our Centre by following this guideline:

    CaPS provides for students, you can list your organization's website with us by following this guideline:

    If your organization is a foundation or association and provides scholarships to students,  you can post the funding opportunity on the External Scholarships Website by following this guideline:

  4. Partner with us

    There are several ways you can partner with us to help 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ students find their way in the world of work and raise your visibility to 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ's talented students at the same time. Examples are:

    • Giving students mock interviews
    • Participating as a panelist in our Career Exploration Forums
    • Becoming a 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Mentor (for 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ alumni)
    • Setting up a company scholarship or bursary
