This workshop is Part 4 in a series of 4 short skill-based workshops designed to explore a skill from each of the 4 modules of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Each workshop is designed to stand alone but participants are also invited to attend all 4.

Want to make your study time more productive? This workshop will introduce you to active study strategies and create a study strategy and plan to support more motivated and focused learning.
Coinciding with the grim anniversary of October 7th, this 3-part workshop series will provide Jewish students with a safe, supportive environment to explore and process the unique impact of intergenerational trauma, particularly as it relates to the steep rise of antisemitism and the current Jewish experience.
Interested in improving your communication skills? Join us for this workshop to develop an understanding of what active listening consists of and how it can be practiced. This workshop will focus on defining what active listening is and isn't, explaining why active listening is both important and useful, and practicing active listening.
Come join us in this hands-on crafty workshop where you will brainstorm an IDP vision statement and use collage to make a vision board. Workshop goers will have the opportunity to digitally or physically collage to make a vision board to stay on track with their goals!

Stay on track with a 30min “plan your week” session on Monday mornings. Meet with a group of peers to set your intentions, boost motivation, troubleshoot challenges, and (most importantly) take the pressure off! Co-facilitated by Devon, your local wellness advisor, and April, myPath program officer.
