The Division of General Internal Medicine (GIM) provides clinical care at five hospital sites including the 91丝瓜视频 Health Centre (MUHC) which includes the Royal Victoria Hospital and Montreal General Hospital, Jewish General Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital Centre and Lachine Hospital.听 Core clinical care activities include the听clinical teaching units (in-patient), emergency room consultations, GIM consult service, GIM ambulatory care clinics, 听Medical Day Hospital and Rapid Assessment clinics. In addition, the Division provides clinical support to the Stroke Service and the Neurosurgery Service at the Montreal Neurological Hospital听with a dedicated GIM consultation service, and coverage of the Lachine Hospital intensive care unit.听
Moreover, we provide specialized care in the following clinics: complex care, Northern GIM听Services, obstetrical medicine, peri-operative medicine, thrombosis medicine,听vascular medicine,听bone metabolism and diabetes.
