FACULTY DEVELOPMENT TRAIN-THE-TRAINER PROGRAM WORKBOOK
The Faculty Development Train-the-Trainer Program aims to equip faculty members with the knowledge and tools to design and facilitate educational workshops in their settings on the following topics. This section of our website provides faculty members who took part in the Faculty Development Train-the-Trainer Program with the materials necessary to deliver these workshops.
The Faculty Development Office, in collaboration with Academic Affairs, aims to help Ranked Contract Academic Staff reflect on the rationale that underlies the promotions process; understand the types of appointment and promotion criteria for Ranked Contract Academic Staff; be familiar with the key components of a teaching portfolio and the standard 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ CV; and outline the steps and timelines of the promotion process and the link between promotions and the annual performance review.
