Admitted students must submit proof of proficiency or exemption. If your level is lower than B2 (intermediate) for either oral or written communication, as a condition of admission you will be required to register for French course(s) for all terms prior to joining the MDCM program (Winter, Summer, Fall), or until you have reached B2 proficiency. Online evening or weekend courses focusing on healthcare are offered by 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s School of Continuing Studies. The 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ office will also assess the equivalency of other university or college level courses upon request.

Students who have not attained intermediate proficiency before the MDCM portion of the program will be required to meet with the Program Director. Possible outcomes include but are not limited to: removal from the program, or deferral of one year of the program until the B2 proficiency level is reached.
