1. Official transcripts of all previous university education
Applicants must upload a copy of their unofficial transcript during application submission.
Our 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Office reserves the right to require official academic records at any time during the admissions process, and rescind any offer of admission if discrepancies between unofficial and official record(s) are found. Official transcripts sent to 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ become the property of the University and will not be returned or forwarded to other institutions.

2. A minimum of three reference reports or letters
- One from the Dean of your Dental Medicine school
- One from an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with whom you have worked with or the Residency Program Director of your school
- One from a dental medicine professional who is familiar with your academic ability
When you are completing your application, you will be asked to submit your referees’ emails; referees will then be contacted directly via an automated email to upload their letter.

Applicants are required to upload their National Board of Medical Examiners Comprehensive Basic Science Examination result using the document upload feature.
Please note that all documents submitted to 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ in support of an application to be admitted, including but not limited to transcripts, diplomas, letters of reference and test scores (in paper or electronic format), become the property of 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ and will not be returned to the applicant or forwarded to another institution.
