Travaux pratiques : Introduction to legal research skills in Civil and Common Law jurisdictions, including computer-assisted research. Teaching occurs in small groups, and focuses on materials from courts, administrative tribunals, legislatures, executive and administrative agencies, and some international sources. In so doing, it provides an introduction to basic issues of process and authority.
Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Students must register for both PRAC 147D1 and PRAC 147D2.
No credit will be given for this course unless both PRAC 147D1 and PRAC 147D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
