Dr. Gotlieb’s research program is focused on ovarian and endometrial cancers. His lab is involved in developing primary cell lines and xenografts, derived from patient samples. His lab uses these tools as research models to evaluate the effect of anti-cancer drugs, including IGF-IR kinase, PI3K, PARP and PARG inhibitors and to investigate novel treatment strategies for targeting specific types of tumours. Another branch of his research is on the correlation between molecular markers and clinical outcome.
