Location
- The Lost & Found office (Downtown Campus) is located at Security in Burnside Hall, Rm 120 (805 Sherbrooke St. West).
- The Lost & Found office (Macdonald Campus) is located at Security in Laird Hall, Rm 101.
Note on found items:
Articles turned in to Security Services shall be held for no longer than sixty (60) days. All unclaimed articles will be donated to a charitable organization or destroyed.
Hours of Operation
Downtown:
- Monday to Friday 08:30-12:00Â &Â 1:15-16:30.
Macdonald:
- Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30.
What to do if you have lost an item:
Downtown
Check the porter's office of the building where you lost the item. No porter's office? Then:
- Call Security Services @ 514-398-4556.
- Visit us at Burnside Hall, Rm 120, hours above.
- Fill out the online Loss form
- Please note that for hygienic reasons we do not accept or process clothes, water bottles, mugs, dishes or food containers of any kind.
Macdonald Campus
91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ students, staff or visitors who have lost something on campus or on the Shuttle Bus should:
- Visit the MCSS Centennial Centre, Rm 103 hours above to see whether an item has been turned in.
- If not, submit an online Loss form.
Found an Item?
Downtown Campus
If the item appears to be valuable or of importance, then:
- Call Security @ 514-398-4556; or
- Give the item to a 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Security Services Agent; or
- Turn the item directly over to us @ Burnside Hall, Rm 120.
- Please note that for hygienic reasons we do not accept or process clothes, water bottles, mugs, dishes or food containers of any kind.
- All other items can be brought to the porter's office of the building where you found the item.
Macdonald Campus
- Bring to the MCSS Centennial Centre, Rm 103 between 08h30-12h00 and 13h00-16h30; or
- Turn the item directly over to us @ Laird Hall, Rm 101 24/7.
- Please note that for hygienic reasons we do not accept or process clothes, water bottles, mugs, dishes or food containers of any kind at our offices at Laird Hall.
