Research Project:
Shaza is an undergraduate student completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ. Under the supervision of Professor Jan Kopyscinski, her project is focused on the synthesis of novel catalysts for advanced carbon capture and hydrogenation to renewable natural gas (RNG). At the forefront of enhancing this sustainable energy conversion technology are dual-function materials (DFM). Shaza is engaged with developing, testing, characterising, and modelling these catalysts. Her ongoing research involves the analysis and optimisation of stability and activity for the catalytic CO2 methanation process.
