ճMental Health First Aid (MHFA) Programis now available in a virtual format, offered by theMental Health Commission of Canada.The MFHA program is designed to provide the necessary support to a person who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or facing a mental health crisis.MHFA teaches about recovery and resiliency – the belief that individuals experiencing these challenges can and do get better, and use their strengths to stay well.Course participants will learn how to recognize the signs of such a decline and learn about approaches
The 91˿Ƶ Art Hive is a space devoted to making art and community, located within the Healthy Living Annex at the Student Wellness Hub.
We offer creative experiences to foster a sense of togetherness along with individual well-being.
Participation requires no art background or experience.

This workshop is designed, above all, to offer you a joyful experience of exercise. It is designed having in mind the potential of physical activity and movement as a tool that can be useful in fitting the mind while also the body.
Come meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs who are trained in providing you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.
Council Meetings are open to all Full Members, Associate Members, and Retired Members, unless Council votes to close a meeting because of the confidentiality of some matter before Council. Members who attend Council Meetings as invitees may join as observers only and do not have the right to speak or vote.
